About the Mini Lop
Mini Lops are sociable, curious rabbits that handle well once used to people. Like all rabbits they must be kept in bonded pairs — solitary housing is a welfare problem, not a preference. They need a large enclosure with permanent access to a run, unlimited hay, and neutering to prevent uterine cancer in does. Lop-eared breeds are predisposed to ear canal narrowing and dental malocclusion.

Bonded pair, minimum 3m × 2m × 1m of permanent space with a shelter — hutches alone are inadequate.
